Gurriers
Gurriers are an Irish post-punk band formed in Dublin in January 2020, built around vocalist Daniel Hoff and guitarist Mark McCormack, who met while working overnight shifts at a fast-food restaurant. The five-piece lineup, completed by a second guitarist, bassist and drummer Pierce O'Callaghan, spent the COVID-19 lockdowns refining their sound over video calls before playing their first show at Dublin's Workman's Club on Halloween 2021.

About Gurriers
The band released its debut album, Come and See, in September 2024, a record that addresses disenfranchisement, emigration and the rise of the far right through fast, noise-inflected post-punk instrumentation paired with melodic vocal lines. The group has built a reputation for high-intensity live performances since emerging from the Dublin scene.
Gurriers played Later... with Jools Holland on the BBC and appeared at Glastonbury Festival in 2024, part of a rapid rise onto UK and European stages. The band has since toured internationally, including sold-out shows in cities such as Copenhagen, on the strength of Come and See.
