Wavre is the capital of Walloon Brabant, a small Belgian city better known as the base for Walibi, Belgium's largest amusement park, than for sights of its own. Its center holds a Gothic church with a 50-bell carillon, an 18th-century town hall in a former Carmelite convent, and the Dyle river.
