1. Münchner Buchmesse is a book fair at MTC world of fashion in Munich on Saturday 14 November 2026, from 10:00 to 18:00. The organisers, Ann-Katrin Zellner and Stefan Zeh, are both crime authors.

They plan a varied mix of authors, indie publishers and other exhibitors to show the range of the book market. Focuses include the Romantasy genre and Asian pop culture, including manga and cosplay. Exhibitors present their books on around 8,000 square metres of exhibition space and will sign purchases on request.

The upper level has several rooms with readings, the Bücherbüchse, workshops, talks and a discussion round. A live recording of a Buchmesse special episode of the podcast "Weird Writers" is also on the programme. Visitors may stay as long as they like.

The catering team sells a hot lunch, small snacks, drinks and sweets. Tickets start at EUR 8, and a discount is available.
