Jakob Schwerdtfeger at Vorderhaus, Freiburg, 21 November 2026

Jakob Schwerdtfeger presents the reading show Punkt, Punkt, Komma, Strich, fertig ist die Kunstgeschicht at Vorderhaus in Freiburg on Saturday, 21 November 2026, at 20:00. The show is billed as a wild ride through 1000 years of art. It covers all the important epochs of art history, from the medieval period to the present day.

The programme starts from the idea that art appears everywhere, including company logos, films, video games and politics. Schwerdtfeger takes his own view of art and addresses both people with no art background and specialists. Tickets start at EUR 19.20, and a discount is available.

Vorderhaus is at Habsburgerstr. 9, 79104 Freiburg. Its programme centres on cabaret and comedy, with children's theatre and concerts as well.
