Claus von Wagner - Projekt Equilibrium in Veitshöchheim

The programme deals with the search for balance in a world out of joint, and crosses the tradition of American stand-up comedy with subjects including Schuldenbremse, Sondervermögen, Klimakrise, Erbschaftssteuerreform and Ungleichheit. Claus von Wagner is a German Kabarett artist, a stand-up observational comic and political satirist. In 2012 he joined the German TV show heute-show, and in 2014 he co-hosted Die Anstalt alongside Max Uthoff.

In 2016 he received the Dieter Hildebrandt Prize. The Mainfrankensäle stands between the Mainufer and the Rokokogarten in Veitshöchheim. The venue has been converted since 2014 and can host up to 800 guests at a time.

Its programme ranges from concerts and theatre to Kabarett and Comedy, as well as readings and dance performances. Before or after an event, visitors can find a quiet spot on the Sonnenterrasse, in the restaurant or in the Weinstube.
