Das Dark Dinner is a three-course dinner served in the dark at Kulinarium an der Glems in Stuttgart on 5 March 2027, 19:00. It is also known as Dinner in the Dark and takes place in a fully darkened room. Guests are meant to work out for themselves what is on their plate.

Service staff wear night-vision equipment and lead guests to their seats at the start of the evening. Guests can get used to the darkness there and settle in with a drink. The three courses are served one after another, and guests try to identify the components, flavours and ingredients together with the people at their table.

After each course is cleared away, the service staff reveal what it was. The kitchen team at Kulinarium an der Glems creates and serves the menu.

The experience starts at 19:00 and doors open at 18:30. Tickets start at EUR 79.90.
