Die Weihnachtsgeschichte - interaktives Märchentheater für die ganze Familie 2026

Die Weihnachtsgeschichte is an interactive fairytale theatre production for the whole family, performed on Sunday 20.12.2026 at 11:00 at the Galli Theater & Training Center, Marktstr. 34, 99084 Erfurt. The organiser is Galli Theater Erfurt, Marktstr.

34/35, 99084 Erfurt, Deutschland. For tickets, contact the Galli Theater Erfurt by telephone on 0361-21232003. The production presents the biblical story of the birth of Jesus with a great deal of humour: the annunciation of the angel that Mary will bear a son whose name will be Jesus, the search for lodging by Mary and Joseph, Herod's uprising against the holy child, and the homage of the shepherds and the three kings who come to worship the child in the manger.

The staging is by Johannes Galli. The biblical figures Mary, Joseph, the angel, the donkey, Herod and the three holy kings come to life. Children can repeatedly take part on stage and help shape the myth with their joy in playing and creativity.
