Hänsel und Gretel - Märchentheater für Kinder ab 4 Jahre, Berlin

The piece is staged in a poetic and clownish style. Its scenes include a dance of the birds and the lost children playing in front of the gingerbread house. In the climax, Gretel plays dumb, which lets her defeat the impatient witch and push her into the oven.

The cast is Willi Schellenberg, Tommy Matuszewski and Sina Haarmann. Galli Theater performs mainly the Grimm fairy tales and clown plays in its children's theatre programme.
