DJ & Video-DJ Peter Baur (HR1 Dancefloor) plays music from the 80s, 90s and 2000s through the night, and each track is accompanied by its matching music video. Boris Frackenpohl invites guests to the large Silvester buffet, and a Mitternachtssnack á la Gastropate is also part of the evening. Two ticket categories are available.

Kategorie 1 costs 84,90 € plus VVK-Gebühr and includes Einlass ab 19:00 Uhr, a fixed seat reservation, the buffet and the Mitternachtsimbiss, and the party until the morning hours; this ticket is only available in advance sale. Einlass is at 19:00 Uhr and the buffet starts at 19:30 Uhr.

The buffet menu includes Rosa Rücken vom argentinischen Weiderind, Frankfurter Grüne Sauce/Anneröder Bio-Ei, Caprese von Saveur d’Antan, Büffelmozzarella/Basilikum-Pesto/Rucola, Geräucherte Entenbrust, Busecker Waldorfsalat/Mandarine/geröstete Walnusskerne, Tatar vom US-Beef, Carpaccio vom Busecker Sonnenhof „Bio Hokkaido“, Couscous „Edition 2026“, Roter Linsensalat, Shrimpssalat, Käse-Lauch-Quiche and a Baguettestation. The warm course is a Shiitake-Cremesüppchen. From the Tranchierstation come Entrecôte vom argentinischen Rioplatense Beef and Sous Vide gegarter Rücken vom Schwälmer-Schwein; from the Pasta Livestation come Aus dem Parmesanlaib/Conchiglie/Wintertrüffel/Gießener Kresse.
