Jazztage Dresden is a jazz-rooted music festival staged across Dresden and the surrounding region. Its 2026 edition runs from 2 October to 29 November, with concerts spread well beyond a single hall: the H42 venue carries the bulk of the schedule, alongside stops such as the Konzertsaal im Kulturpalast Dresden, the Parkhotel Ballsaal, the Ball- & Brauhaus Watzke, the Dreikönigskirche, the Weingut Zimmerling vineyard and, further out, Theater Meißen in the neighbouring town of Meißen.

About Jazztage Dresden
The programme reaches well beyond straight jazz: gypsy jazz and swing sit alongside blues nights, soul and funk, flamenco and Latin sounds, Balkan brass and Tuvan throat singing, and classical-crossover tributes to figures such as Miles Davis. That stylistic breadth across a two-month run gives Jazztage Dresden its identity as a wide-ranging late-autumn music series rather than a single-genre event.
