Business Plan and Calculations Training

Writing a business plan helps participants understand products, sales and commercialization, potential customer groups, the marketing plan, the sales plan, sales calculation, and cash flow and profitability calculation. It is aimed at people wondering whether to start a business, or planning to apply for a Startup grant or a bank loan. The training is not a workshop, so there is no time to write the plan during the session. Participants are asked to take notes and start writing the plan afterwards.
