Halloweenjuhla rohkeille lapsille

Halloweenjuhla rohkeille lapsille is a children's event at Rikhardinkatu Library in Helsinki on 24 October 2026, 18:00. The event is held in Swedish and entry is free. After dark the library fills with shadowy creatures: Den vita damen glides around silently, the zombie orchestra plays and the monstrous monster in the cellar wakes up again. Children can make frightening spiders and meet a spider expert, step aboard the sinking ship Lysinea with the author of the book, and join the witch Ordelia Sanasuo's ghastly word workshop. They can also order an eerie picture from the picture-spitting artist robot and take a break at Monstercaféet. Further programme and surprises are promised. Children may dress up in something scary if they wish. Fibul organises the event with Svenska Kulturfonden and Rikhardinkadun kirjasto.
