Muistiryhmä at Kannelmäki Service Home/Service Centre

Muistiryhmä is a peer-support group for people who have been diagnosed with a memory disease. It meets at Kannelmäki Service Home/Service Centre in Helsinki on 29 October 2026, 13:00. The session opens with a round of news from the participants.

After that, the programme can include brain exercises, music, physical activity, games, quizzes, handicrafts, reminiscing and themes related to self-knowledge. To join the group, call the social worker on 09 310 43892 or 09 310 23389. The service centre's activities are meant for Helsinki pensioners and unemployed people.

The service is free of charge unless stated otherwise. The service centre card that is needed is available free of charge from the service centre's advice desk.
