Kauri Honkakoski Company: HIGH TIDE

Kauri Honkakoski Company: HIGH TIDE is a physical theatre production at Cultural Centre Stoa in Helsinki on 24 October 2026, 15:00. It is an apocalyptic drawing-room drama set on the last shore of paradise, in which a group of escapists enjoys an idyllic picnic while the world crumbles around them. The work is performed by a tightly knit ensemble and explores the tipping point, the moment when something reaches its absolute limit. The performance is non-verbal and lasts 60 minutes. The age limit is 12 and over. The performers are Ines Kakkonen, Josefin Karlsson, Liv Meijer Nordgren, Freia Stenbäck and Valter Sui. Kauri Honkakoski directs and is the dramaturg. The company's earlier works HINTERLAND and THE DESK sold out rapidly. An artist discussion in Finnish follows the 24 October performance. The production is a co-production of Kauri Honkakoski Company and Cultural Centre Stoa.
