Les Chorégies d'Orange is a summer opera festival held in the ancient Roman theatre of Orange, about 21 kilometres north of Avignon. The Théâtre Antique d'Orange features an intact original stage wall and a semi-circular auditorium seating 9,000, creating a stunning backdrop for performances.
The 2026 programme includes Verdi's La Traviata on 4 July, a symphonic concert by Philippe Katerine on 7 July, Cendrillon by Les Ballets de Monte-Carlo on 13 July, and a concert cinema with Renaud Capuçon on 18 July. A recital by Nadine Sierra takes place on 27 June, and Musiques en fête is broadcast live from the festival on 19 June.

The festival began in 1860 and was held periodically. After the Roman theatre was restored in 1869, it became the location of a popular 'Roman Festival'. Les Ballets de Monte-Carlo is a classical ballet company established in 1985 by Caroline, Princess of Hanover in accordance with the wishes of her mother, Princess Grace of Monaco. It is the national company of the Principality of Monaco.
Renaud Capuçon is a French classical violinist. Since late 2016 he has been teaching at the Royal Northern College of Music. He is the older brother of cellist Gautier Capuçon.
Nadine Sierra is an American soprano. She is best known for her interpretation of Gilda in Verdi's Rigoletto, and Lucia in Donizetti's Lucia di Lammermoor.
