Happy Mondays Live at Keele SU, 13 November 2026

Happy Mondays Live at Keele SU is a live show at Keele Students Union in Keele, near Stoke-on-Trent on 13 November 2026, at 19:00. Happy Mondays are an English alternative dance band formed in Salford in 1980 by brothers Shaun Ryder and Paul Ryder. Their work bridged the Manchester alternative dance music of the 1980s and the emerging UK rave scene, and they pioneered the Madchester sound.

Their commercial peak came with the releases Bummed (1988), Madchester Rave On (1989), and Pills 'n' Thrills and Bellyaches (1990), the last of which went platinum in the UK. The band disbanded in 1993 and reformed several times, releasing the reunion album Uncle Dysfunktional (2007).
