Eagles of Death Metal play The Limelight 1 in Belfast on 26 November 2026, 19:00. The act is an American rock band from Palm Desert, California, formed in 1998. Jesse Hughes (vocals, guitar) and Josh Homme (drums) founded it, and they are its only permanent members.

Homme rarely performs live because of his commitment to Queens of the Stone Age. The touring lineup pairs Hughes with Leah Bluestein (drums), Scott Shiflett (guitar), Dustin Douglas (bass) and Rex Roulette (guitar). Despite the name, the band is not a death metal band, and the name is meant to be humorous.
