Mini Forest Bathing at Fernhill Park & Gardens, Dublin

Mini Forest Bathing is a guided forest bathing session at Fernhill Park & Gardens in Dublin on 22 October 2026. The session lasts 1 hour. Orlagh leads participants through a series of simple sensory invitations meant to help them settle the mind, soften the breath and notice the subtle beauty of the surrounding landscape.

Participants move at a gentle pace, tuning into nature and the changing rhythm of the seasons. It is offered as a shorter option for people short on money or time, or for those who want to try forest bathing before committing to the full 2.5 hours. Orlagh and Cat are certified forest bathing guides who run events under the name Beneath the Canopy.
