Elder Island, the Bristol-based trio known for blending folk roots with electronic and house influences, bring their atmospheric sound to Cardiff. Formed in 2014, the band—Katy Sargent (vocals, cello), Luke Thornton (bass, programming), and David Havard (guitar, keyboards)—has evolved from an experimental audiovisual project into a polished live act. Their music, which has earned airplay on BBC Radio 6, spans two studio albums including *The Omnitone Collection* and *Swimming Static*.
