O The Amity Affliction
Vocalist Joel Birch has fronted the band since 2004, with guitarist Dan Brown joining in 2013 and bassist Jonathan Reeves taking over lead vocal duties in 2025 following recent lineup changes. Albums including Youngbloods (2010), Let the Ocean Take Me (2014), and Misery (2018) each debuted at number one on the Australian charts, while the single "Shine On" (2015) reached number 19 on the ARIA singles chart. The band's most recent album, House of Cards, followed in 2026.
The band's lyrics frequently address mental health and personal struggle, themes that carry into its live shows across Australia, North America, and Europe, including appearances at festivals such as Warped Tour and Soundwave.
