Jean-François Heisser in Paris

Jean-François Heisser, a French classical pianist, studied at the Conservatoire de Paris with Vlado Perlemuter. His repertoire spans romantic works by Brahms and Chopin to contemporary pieces by Boulez and Stockhausen. He has performed with orchestras such as the Orchestre national de France and the Bavarian Radio Symphony Orchestra, and collaborated with chamber musicians like Gérard Poulet and Péter Csaba.

Heisser also teaches at the Conservatoire de Paris and directs the Soirées musicales of Arles. His Paris concert will feature his pianistic range, drawing on a career that includes recordings of Dukas, Schumann, and Spanish repertoire by de Falla and Albéniz.
