Baby Dronte (4+ / 45 Min.) at Theater Mummpitz

Baby Dronte (4+ / 45 Min. ) is performed at Theater Mummpitz, Michael-Ende-Str. 17, 90439 Nürnberg, on Saturday 31.10.2026 at 16:00.

The production is based on the children's book of the same name by Peter Schössow and is a premiere. In the story, captain Lüttich's tugboat is damaged in a storm and is no longer seaworthy. Shortly afterwards Lüttich finds a strange egg, from which a rare "Dronte" hatches.

The captain sells the chick to repair the tugboat, but the mood in the crew is no longer the same, because Baby Dronte is lonely and sad, locked up in the zoo. But not for much longer. It is a story about friendship and important decisions.

The cast is Gabriel Drempetic and Panja Rittweger, and the director is Meike Kremer. The organiser is Theater Mummpitz e.V., Michael-Ende-Strasse 17, 90439 Nürnberg, Deutschland.
