Bea Müller - Lesung: Ein Hansgeorg-Stengel-Abend in Dresden

Bea Müller - Lesung: Ein Hansgeorg-Stengel-Abend takes place on Monday 19.04.2027 at 19:30 at the Herkuleskeule / Kulturpalast Dresden, Schloßstraße 2, 01067 Dresden. Tickets start at 29,00 €, and a reduction is available. The organiser is DIE HERKULESKEULE GmbH, Schloßstr.

2, 01067 Dresden, Deutschland. The evening is a Kabarettlesung by author and actress Bea Müller about Hansgeorg Stengel, described in the programme as a word acrobat, and it includes new texts. Bea Müller is a newcomer in the spotlight: she has written several books, but she is new on stage.

The programme is not a plain reading of known Stengel texts; it also includes a new Stengel here and there. The Herkuleskeule was founded more than half a century ago by Manfred Schubert in the cellar of an old church ruin and he led it for over 20 years. In 1985 Wolfgang Schaller, previously an author and dramaturge at the house for several years, took over the position of artistic direction.

In 2020 his son Philipp Schaller followed in his father's footsteps and has since held the artistic direction of the ensemble. Since 2017 the Kabarett has had a new home in the Kabarettkeller of the Dresdner Kulturpalast. For screen reader and keyboard users, the seating plan with fixed seats is not accessible; help with booking is available by calling the ticket hotline on 069 427262 680.
