Participants learn the theory of brewing and work at the kettle through the brewing process, with a brewery tour and a beer tasting. The course day begins at 10:00 with an introduction to the art of brewing and ends around 16:00.

Included are the brewing course, brewery tour, beer tasting, lunch, mineral water and Hepprumer beers during the course, and your own beer after 8 weeks. The minimum number of participants is 5.
