Participants brew actively at the kettle under the guidance of the brewmaster and follow the entire brewing process. A brewery tour and a beer tasting provide additional insight into the craft. While the brewing process runs, a lunch and selected beers from the brewery are served.

The course day begins at 10:00 with an introduction to the art of brewing and ends around 16:00. The services included are the Braukurs, a brewery tour, a beer tasting, lunch, mineral water and Hepprumer Biere during the Braukurs, and your own beer after 8 weeks. The minimum number of participants for the event to take place is 5 people.
