Dixiebahnhof Dresden sits in the old Weixdorfer Bahnhof and hosts around 60 events a year, ranging from Old School Dixieland and Smooth Jazz to Blues, Boogie-Woogie, Rock, Folk and classical concerts, as well as film evenings, readings, travel talks and exhibitions. It has a large club room, standing tables and seating for music concerts, and has offered space for an evening out since 2003.
