Dracula, La Parodie Hilarante et Terrifiante ! is a play staged at Apollo Théâtre in Paris from 19 October to 8 December 2026. Tickets start at EUR 22.
The play is performed in France for the first time. Jonathan Harker, an English estate agent, travels to Transylvanie to finalise the sale of several flats in London. There he meets comte Dracula, an eccentric, pansexual vampire who has decided to leave his homeland and settle in Angleterre.
Dracula sets his sights on the sisters Lucy and Mina, and on Jonathan himself, sowing chaos around them. A small team forms around Dr. Van Helsing, a specialist in supernatural creatures. Six actors play 18 roles, and the production mixes parody, physical comedy and pop culture references.
It blurs the line between the gothic nineteenth century and the contemporary world. The play is by Gordon Greenberg and Steve Rosen, directed by Gaspard Legendre, with original music by Christian Auer and choreography by Clement Wohrer. The cast is Caroline Aïn, Robin Ganacheau, Cyril Guillou, Naig Ledaim--Olivier, Aurélien Mallard and Valentin Nerdenne.
