An Evening of Talks with Dr Linda King and the Stone Twins

An Evening of Talks with Dr Linda King and the Stone Twins takes place at the National Print Museum in Dublin on 9 November 2026, from 18:00 to 20:00. The evening runs for 2 hours and is part of Design Week 2026. It accompanies the exhibition Come Fly With Me: Aviation, Tourism and Irish Design, which uses flight as a central thread to explore how design and print helped promote Irish modernisation and position Ireland internationally.

Dr Linda King, curator of the exhibition, presents her research into the relationship between aviation, tourism and design and how these connections have shaped Ireland's visual and cultural identity. Declan Stone of The Stone Twins, a creative brand consultancy based in Amsterdam, discusses their contemporary practice and approach to design. The talks are followed by a drinks reception.

The event is free and booking is essential. It is supported by the Embassy of the Kingdom of The Netherlands.
